Katherine has
been involved in many activities at West, including theatre, where
she performed the part of "Catherine" in the 2001
production of The Foreigner, the Model UN Harvard Conference,
editing the newspaper, and forensics, where she ranked 11th in the
state for Humorous Interpretation in 2001. She started Amnesty
at West this year in the hopes of promoting international
understanding and tolerance.
Katherine is the
club president. She coordinates virtually everything
around here and the club would not function without her! And,
besides all of that - she's quite an amazing individual. Enjoyable,
caring, smart, beautiful, and most of all enthusiast and motivated. The world is definitely
a better place with her here. I have seen very few
people with her readiness to be willing to try new things.
She's surprised me on numerous occasions in numerous ways - and
shares Katheryn's zeal for life and optimism. Her future looks
very bright, as she aims for some of the most impressive
Universities in the country. But regardless of where she goes
- it's given she'll be a great success - her personality and
motivation will see to it.
