This website started out as an interesting exercise in design, gradients, and color. I later decided I liked it so much that I'd comission it as an alternative to my flash-based portfolio nexus. Though it presents visitors with a number of different visual flows, I think the combination of colors and graphica effects is brilliant.

I list it as a hybrid design because I got the idea form a fellow DeviantArt web designer, JK89. As you can see, many elements of the design layout were not my own idea. The content is new, as are the pictures, but the design, even the colors were borrowed. I include it here to show my ability to mimic other site designs (I really did build it with CSS on my own) and also to give an example of my content modification and placement skills.
