The top of the side bar is a concise and effective summary of JAG-wire's purpose. I use keyword links to help make the text more interactive and draw attention to the area in general with the slowly changing flash movie clip below. The movie clip, a sort of slide-show, leads to this website, bringing visitors into the page with my best designs (in a separate window) and keeps in stride with a fundamental of JAG-wire: showcasing my best. Also, though minor, you can see the only real stylish part of the design in this picture - the angled edges that give a tab-like feel to the page.
