The bottom half of the website looks something like this. All sort of varied content with a static bar in the tray instead of the normal link set. Ideally the site would have so few items that consistent links would be uneeded. Alternatively they could be added in the dark gray box. Since the search box would be at the bottom of the page this design would likely be one not cenetered around searches or data-base inquires.
