Urbana-Champaign Hip Hop Outreach

My sophomore year I became involved in UC Hip Hop Congress(the Urbana-Champaign Hip Hop community) and helped out with the outreach side of the group. With help from a pretty slick post-doc the group presented to a local school and helped to engage youth. I was so very green and detached from a real understanding of Hip Hop (and I won't pretend to have a superb cultural understanding now), but I knew it was about helping people and I knew they needed a website. So here it is, my very first attempt at what I call 'chaos design.' Not half bad, really, for being so long ago. The site hosted pictures and some helpful links. We had plans to enlarge it but the group shifted too much and responsibilities changed the following year.
