As you can see most items about the I4K site are feature-driven. Users can move their attention from place to place and quickly figure out what it's about. Ideally an advertisement would stand in place of the 'cool stuff goes here' - perhaps a flash graphic that would look similar only contain dynamic or interactive components. The two bottom graphics could be movie clips as well.
